In his current capacity, Jason provides strategic oversight of Indiana University’s global real estate portfolio, directing all transaction activity. His responsibilities include acquisitions and dispositions, as well as the negotiation and administration of operating agreements, licenses, leases, memoranda of understanding, and easements. He also manages the university’s residential and commercial rental portfolio, including associated facility management functions, and collaborates closely with local government officials to advance institutional priorities. His work encompasses both large-scale capital initiatives and smaller construction projects, including public-private partnerships (P3s).
In addition to his university leadership responsibilities, Jason served as an elected official for a decade.
